Sunnybank is an oasis of calm in Holmfirth. Set within large mature, wooded gardens and within easy walking distance of the little market town with it's restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Yet strike out on foot in another direction and within minutes your are in the unique countryside of the Holme Valley - the real star of the BBC’s ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ series. (The church next door is where the actor Bill Owen, 'Compo' is laid to rest). We are very close to the Penine Way and the adjoining Peak District National Park
