Directions
If you are coming from the South the M1 is always the better option than the M6, regardless of what Google or your SatNav tells you, both of which do not recognise the Pennines!
At the traffic lights in Holmfirth go towards Manchester on the A6024. After 150 yards/metres you should fork right onto the A635 and after another 100 yards/metres turn right into Little Lane (watch for it - it's well named!) Turn left at the end up Upperthong Lane.
Look out for the Church on your right it's well hidden.
Sunnybank is the next drive on the right. We have a copper beech hedge and are opposite a property called 'Southdown'. We have no commercial signage.
